2. Defining Relationships

  • Assets to Vendors: Assets may be procured from vendors. 
  • Assets to Locations: Assets are located at specific locations. 
  • Assets to Personnel: Assets may be assigned to personnel. 
  • Assets to Asset Assignments: Assets are assigned to personnel or locations. 
  • Assets to Incident Reports: Incident reports are linked to assets. 
  • Assets to Inspection Reports: Inspection reports are linked to assets. 
  • Assets to Service Schedules: Service schedules are linked to assets. 
  • Assets to Maintenance Records: Maintenance records are linked to assets.
