I want to<\/strong> easily check out and return equipment using a barcode scanner, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

so that<\/strong> I can quickly access the tools I need for emergencies and ensure accurate inventory tracking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acceptance Criteria:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A firefighter can scan the barcode of an asset to check it out from the system.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The system updates the asset’s status to “Checked Out” and logs the firefighter’s ID and timestamp.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
